Celebrate Father’s Day at Copinette with seasonal food and drink specials.
Appetizer
- Seared Scallops and Tuna – Seared scallops and tuna served over guacamole with mango and bruschetta.
Main Courses
- Short Rib Benedict – Poached eggs and braised short rib on an English muffin with hollandaise sauce, served with home fries and mixed greens. Available until 3:30 PM.
- Chicken Milanese – Crispy chicken cutlet served with arugula salad and roasted peppers.
- Dad’s Au Poivre Steak – Sliced Angus strip steak topped with au poivre sauce and served with crispy fries in a street-food style presentation.
