For your first course, we are serving Pan Roasted Scallops cremini truffle mushroom purée, sautéed spinach paired with Antinori Cervaro della Sala Chardonnay, 2015 Umbria
Our 2nd course served will be Beef Carpaccio with golden beets, arugula, cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan. This is paired with Erath Pinot Noir, 2021 from Oregon
For out main you’ll enjoy Pistachio Dijon Lamb Chops with parsnip puree, haricots verts, lamb jus perfectly paired with Stag’s Leap Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019 Napa Valley
For dessert, enjoy our Petite Madelines with lemon zest and powdered sugar paired with Eroica Riesling, 2017 Columbia Valley Washington
