For your first course, choose from french onion soup, an arugula salad, or crispy tortellini. The arugula salad is topped with pears, walnuts, blue cheese, and a maple champagne vinaigrette – the perfect light salad for Spring. Copinette’s crispy tortellini appetizer is filled with a savory mix of veal, pork, and beef, topped with a lemon zest creme fraiche.
Copinette offers a range of options for their prefix main courses, from Truffle Risotto which is a vegetarian dish to one of their signature dishes Chicken Francese.
