For your first course, choose from french onion soup, warm goat cheese salad, or pan seared scallops. Their beef carpaccio is served with golden beets, arugula, cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan. Copinette’s heart shaped tuna tartare is a treat with chives, olive oil, shallots, avocado
Copinette offers a range of options for their prefix main courses, from Lobster Risotto to one of their signature dishes Filet Mignon. Other dishes include Chilean Sea Bass with fingerling potatoes, asparagus, roasted red pepper, tomatoes, capers, white wine lemon sauce and Pistachio Dijon Crusted Lamp Chops with parsnip purée, haricot verts, lamb jus.
