The $74 prefix menu at Copinette features customer favorite appetizers, entrées and desserts. Dive into their French-infused American cuisine and enjoy an elegant menu in a beautiful dining room.
For your first course, choose from french onion soup, warm goat cheese salad, or pan seared scallops. Their beef carpaccio is served with golden beets, arugula, cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan. Copinette’s heart shaped tuna tartare is a treat with chives, olive oil, shallots, avocado
Copinette offers a range of options for their prefix main courses, from Lobster Risotto to one of their signature dishes Filet Mignon. Other dishes include Hazelnut Crusted Halibut with charred asparagus, sautéed mushrooms, hazelnut balsamic oil and Pistachio Dijon Crusted Lamp Chops with parsnip purée, haricot verts, lamb jus.
For dessert, check out Copinette’s warm chocolate brownie, complete with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
